Training Description
The purpose of this training module is to provide an understanding of the importance and goal of supervision and how to successfully implement supervision.
Learning Objectives
Participants will:
Identify the purpose of group supervision/case staffing in crisis intervention teams.
Identify key components of successful meeting facilitation.
Identify 3 modes of supervision and associated supervisory skills.
Practice group supervision staffing using the staffing form.
