Module 3: Supporting Quality Control for Youth Safety Planning in Your Organization

This training will highlight important considerations for the supervision of trainees using suicide safety planning type interventions with patients experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviors. The training will overview models of supervision, how to apply them to trainees using suicide safety planning type interventions with their patients, and how to support clear documentation of these interventions. This training is considered interprofessional and applicable to supervisors of varying disciplines (e.g., social work, professional counseling, psychology, psychiatry) across varying service delivery settings (e.g., outpatient, inpatient, crisis care).
