Learning Objectives
Participants will:
Learn about individuals’ experiences during and after their call for help for a behavioral health crisis.
Apply the perspective of people with lived experience to crisis call response interventions.
Evaluate the impact of a non-person-centered approach and the fragmented system of crisis services.
