The purpose of this training is to discuss how to safely proceed with crisis response to optimize the best outcomes for both the person in crisis and you as a responder. To do this, you need to understand iatrogenic risks and be able to facilitate productive conversations with clients and your team to implement safety and support plans. Furthermore, the training provides tips for self-assessment, scene safety assessment, and crisis lethality assessment.
