Implementing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) via Telehealth

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, behavioral health practitioners rapidly transitioned services to telehealth platforms. Evidence-based programs are complex, and practitioners face many challenges in adjusting these services to a web or phone-based format. In an effort to support Louisiana’s behavioral health practitioners through this transition, the Center for Evidence to Practice previously coordinated webinars and consultation calls specific to implementing EBPs via telehealth platforms. 

Clinicians who are employed at Louisiana Medicaid agencies with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) teams are invited to take this online training on Implementing DBT via Telehealth Platforms. Supervisors and administrators of DBT teams are also encourage to take this course. This training was facilitated by Dr. Jessica Schneider, Psy.D. and Helen Best, M.Ed. from Treatment Implementation Collaborative (TIC), LLC.

Recommended Audience: Louisiana behavioral health practitioners/supervisors trained in DBT and their administrators.

CEs: This course has been reviewed and pre-approved for 1.0 CE hour. Upon successful course completion, your certificate will be available for download.
